MawtServices accepts payments via bank transfer, cash, or approved digital wallets in compliance with UAE business regulations.
4. Booking & Cancellations
Appointments and project timelines are subject to availability. Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to notify may result in a cancellation fee.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, images, and materials provided by MawtServices are the property of the company and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without written consent.
Clients who purchase design services will receive non-transferable usage rights for their specific project. MawtServices retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
6. Limitation of Liability
MawtServices will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service delays, third-party product defects, or misuse of installed features.
While we strive for perfection, minor variations in color, texture, or material finish are natural in custom carpentry and are not considered defects.
7. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if there is misuse, breach of terms, or inappropriate conduct towards our staff or vendors.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
